The school project involves the construction of a new educational facility. Our BIM Management team aside with MTA Associate studio oversees the use of BIM technology and processes to optimize design, collaboration, construction, and facility management.

Two towers situated on either side, formerly used as parking lots, at Via Melchiorre Gioia 20 and 21 designed by ACPV. One tower, G20 EAST, stands at a height of 98 meters, while the other, G21 WEST, is 64 meters tall.

Project Overview:
Gassometri Innovation – La Goccia is a major urban regeneration project in Milan transforming the former industrial gasometer site into a sustainable innovation district integrating research, nature, and public space. The masterplan, led by Renzo Piano with RPBW for Politecnico di Milano, preserves the historic gas holders while creating a green campus focused on technology, education, and environmental restoration.

Detailed BIM coordination ensures clash-free installation, efficient plant layouts, and optimized technical spaces. The approach enhances constructability, sustainability performance, and on-site execution accuracy across all MEP disciplines.
